Users can’t see folders that I have shared with them

Symptom

  • Users can’t see folders that I have shared with them.
  • In my vault, I have a folder (for example, a folder called Reports) that contains a subfolder (for example, a subfolder called January 2011 Financial Statements). I shared the Reports folder with my client, and my client can see the Reports folder, but my client cannot see the January 2011 Financial Statements subfolder.

  • You signed up for a SmartVault account, but never received an account activation email from SmartVault.
  • You can’t sign in to SmartVault, because you didn’t get an account activation email from SmartVault after you signed up for an account.
