  • SmartVault Lite and Guest User Support for all customers on the Lite (free) plans or Guest Users of another plan
  • SmartVault Basic Support for customers on monthly Individual and Team plans
  • SmartVault Premium Support for customers on monthly Professional plans, vault-bundle plans, annual pay plans, and partners
