Issues With SmartVault After Maintenance

Overview

Some users have experienced issues logging in to the SmartVault service. These issues may be:

  • Cannot Access the SmartVault client portal. You may be getting unusual issues with the way your vault displays, or the information will not load (it shows a spinning icon indefinitely), or you are still receiving a message about maintenance.
  • The SmartVault Mapped drive will no longer connect
  • The SmartVault Launchpad will not open.  

Resolution

To resolve the issue, follow the steps in this section.
