Overview

The SmartVault Outlook plugin no longer is available when you click on New or Reply to Email or when you open an email with an attachment.

This can be an intermittent issue in MS Office where the plug in either set to Inactive or Disabled. It primarily happens when MS Office thinks a third party application is not safe because its taking longer than expected to load.
