Error: You are not viewing an entry that supports attaching documents
This issue typically occurs when you are trying to use a Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner to scan documents into the SmartVault Inbox but you have the SmartVault Toolbar profile selected instead.
To resolve this issue, ensure that you have configured a SmartVault Inbox profile for you Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner.
Then verify that the SmartVault Inbox profile is selected.
To select the SmartVault Inbox profile:
Your scan should complete successfully, and the error message should no longer display.
