The following changes were made in the SmartVault portal:
Financial statements have been added as a "Send to Clients" item in the Dashboard.
From the Auto-Filer, tagging a document with the "Financial Statement Set" within an Accounting Services engagement will allow you to send financial statements to your clients through the Portal.
The following changes were made in the Connected Desktop:
Administrators can now unlock files by right-clicking on the locked file in the Connected Desktop and selecting "Unlock" from the drop-down menu.
Please Note: The "Unlock" command forces the file to revert to a previously saved version, so any changes made to the file since it was last saved will be lost.
The Files View within the Connected Desktop will now recall the locations you have navigated to and keep them open when you switch between the Clients and Files Views. If you close the Connected Desktop or exit the Launchpad, the Connected Desktop will now remember the last location you opened within the Files View and automatically reopen it upon launch.
Following bugs were fixed in this release:
A communication error with SmartVault when attempting to merge clients in the Connected Desktop and Portal.
