If you are a SmartVault Administrator, you can change or update your credit card payment information for your account in the SmartVault client portal.
To change the payment method for an account:
- Sign in to the SmartVault client portal.
- In the Advanced view, in the left tree pane, select your account under the Navigation Pane.
- In the right Tasks Pane, click Payment Information
- Update the credit card information form. Ensure that you delete everything in the credit card field and type in the entire credit card number.
- Click Update Payment Information.
