Fix Print Driver Configuration

Overview

Use this helpful tool to resolve any issues regarding the SmartVault PDF Print Driver. In order for the tool to successfully apply any changes, there will need to be a reboot done. Be sure to save any unsaved work before applying the fix as the reboot will need to close all programs upon shutting down and restarting. 

 

Steps

  1. In the system tray, click on the up arrow to reveal the SmartVault Icon 
  2. Right-Click  on the SmartVault Icon  and then click on Actions >> Fix Print Driver Configuration


     
  3. Restart your computer. (If you are on a server, reboot the server.)

Considerations

Please note* This tool will not give any confirmation that it has been run successfully. Make sure you restart or reboot your computer or server in order for the changes to take place.
