Follow the steps below to resolve an issue when the client is showing up blank when you attempt to import the client using the Import Data tool. You may come across a client that just will not print to SmartVault however every other client does. The issue could be that the client you are attempting to import somehow is corrupted. To check if it is corrupted, use the Import Data tool and follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
If there are multiple clients that are effected, this will need to be done for each client that will not show up in the Import Data tool. Follow the resolutions steps for each client that is giving you this issue.
