Refresh to See Files Added to a Client Vault in Connected Desktop

Overview

While working in the Connected Desktop, changes that occur outside of your instance of Connected Desktop do not automatically appear. If a user on your SmartVault account or a client uploads new files to a folder in a client vault, those files will not appear until you refresh the Document View pane. Follow these steps to refresh the Document View pane.

Steps

  1. Right click anywhere within the Document View pane.
  2. Select Refresh.
    (Alternatively, you can press F5 while the Document View pane is the active pane.)

Considerations

This process does not refresh your Client List. To refresh your Client List, see Refresh the Client List.
