Add Two Email Addresses to a Client

Overview

You can add additional email addresses to use when notifying clients of uploads from or downloads to SmartVault folders and to notify clients of available tax returns.

Steps

  1. Open the Connected Desktop from the SmartVault Launchpad.
  2. Right click on the client and select Open Client in Portal.

  3. Click Edit client.

  4. Click the + sign under the Email field.

  5. Enter the new email address and click Save changes.
