Video: Invite an Employee to Your SmartVault Account (Non-Tax Accounts)

Overview

This topic and video explain how you can invite a user or an employee to your SmartVault (non-tax account). When sharing vaults and folders in your account, we recommend adding your users (employees) to groups to make it easy to manage them. There are currently three groups currently available at the vault level:
 

  • Managers
  • Full Access
  • Read Only

 

  • Each group provides a different level of access at the vault and each folder within the vault inherits that access.
  • You must be an account Administrator to complete this task
  • Only user licenses can be added to a Vault Group.
