Set the Default SmartVault Application for the SmartVault PDF Printer

Overview

If you utilize only one of the three applications to use with the SmartVault PDF Printer, you can set that application to be chosen automatically.

 

Note: With the exception of the Inbox, the applications must be open and active when you print or scan even if the application is set as the default.

Steps

  1. With the routing window open, check to enable the Always use this SmartVault application option.
    See the main tutorial for the PDF Printer for steps to open this window.

  2. Click on the application name to select that application to be the default setting.
