This release includes a bug fix for customers on plans for Intuit Lacerte and ProSeries Tax:

  • We've fixed an issue that was causing slow performance in the SmartVault Connected Desktop.

This release includes new features and various bug fixes for customers on plans for Intuit Lacerte and ProSeries Tax. Here’s a summary of the features and fixes implemented in this release:

  • Tax preparers can print 2015 Lacerte Organizers to SmartVault. The Organizer is printed to the respective client’s ‘Client Organizer’ folder for the TY15 Income Tax Engagement.
  • SmartVault supports the 2015 versions of Intuit Lacerte and ProSeries.


The following bugs were fixed in this release:

  • We’ve fixed an issue preventing customers from deleting clients in the Connected Desktop.
  • We’ve fixed an issue that made it unable for customers to merge clients from the Connected Desktop.
  • We've fixed an issue where the Client ID was not appearing in the Connected Desktop when importing a client from DMS.
  • We’ve fixed an issue where guests were being prompted with an error message when opening the SmartVault Inbox.
  • We’ve fixed a broken link for the SmartVault Desktop software on the Getting Started page after account activation.
