If you report a technical issue with SmartVault or it's integration, support may ask you to send in logs to better troubleshoot your case.
SmartVault Desktop Client:
- Open the SmartVault Launchpad.
- Locate the SmartVault icon in the system tray. Right click and choose About.
- Wait for "Gathering Information..." to finish. It will display your computer specifications.
- Click Send to Support. It will create a set of log files to send to SmartVault's support team.
- Under "Additional Information" type a short summary of your issue. Ensure your email address is correct. Click Send.
