Update Payment Information from Legacy View


If you are a SmartVault Administrator, you can change or update your credit card payment information for your account in the SmartVault client portal.


To change the payment method for an account:

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault client portal.
  2. In the Advanced view, in the left tree pane, select your account under the Navigation Pane.

  3. In the right Tasks Pane, click Payment Information

  4. Update the credit card information form. Ensure that you delete everything in the credit card field and type in the entire credit card number.
  5. Click Update Payment Information.
