You can switch from a monthly billing cycle to an annual billing cycle by using the Manage Bill task in the SmartVault Client Portal. You can only make these changes if you are an account administrator.
- Sign in to the SmartVault Client Portal and right click on your account.
- Select Manage Bill.
- Locate the Update Plan section.
- Select Annual from the menu labeled Billing Cycle. If you are currently on an annual plan, you will have to wait until you are in the final month of your annual term to switch back to monthly.
- Click Save to update your billing cycle.
If you need to change from "Annual to Monthly" you can do so within 30 days of the end of your billing cycle.
