Updating Add-ons for SmartVault Plans

To purchase additional features on your SmartVault plan:


Legacy Portal

  1. Click the gear in the top right cornerDashboard - Gear icon2.png
  2. Click Billing on the left column

  2. Click Manage Bill

3. The Billing page is divided into three sections: Current Plan and Usage, Update Plan, and Billing History.

4. Under Update plan, update the quantity column to match your accounts current needs. The additional cost charged is based on your next renewal date and the available "credit" on your account which is consumed on a monthly basis.

5. Click Save.

6. You will get a confirmation message.
