Viewing and Making Changes to your Plan


It's easy to view your plan and make changes from the Manage Bill page in the SmartVault Portal. See your usage, licenses, bill dates, and invoices. You can change plan types, add licenses (user, client, guest) or storage.
In the SmartVault Portal, Administrators can view account usage information, such as the amount of storage used and the number of licenses used and remaining.


To view account usage information:

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.

  2. Select the account you want to view.

  3. Right click and select Manage Bill.



  4. In the Current Plan and Usage section, review the amount of space used, number of licenses used, and number of licenses remaining.



  5. In the Update section you can change your plan and add additional User licenses and storage.



    • ​​To see the cost of your changes, add or remove items. The totals will recalculate.

    • Click Save when you've finished making changes to your plan.



  6. Additionally, in the Billing History section, you can view and print your invoices.


You must be a SmartVault Administrator in order to view account usage information. If you do not see a Usage section in the right task pane when you click on your account, then your SmartVault user ID is not a member of the SmartVault Administrators group for the account.
