When all other steps fail, the SmartVault Support team needs the log files for the SmartVault application.
Send Log Files to SmartVault Support
- Open Windows File Explorer.
- In the address bar, type in "%appdata%.
- Browse to the SmartVault folder > SVWidgets folder.
- Right click on the Logs folder and select Send To > Compressed folder.
- Send an email to SmartVault Support with the attached zip file.
- Include your name and phone number and a description of the error message or the symptom you are experiencing.
