Speccy is an application that will collect a full profile of a users computer, compile that data and save it to a log for research purposes. If a user has an issue that cannot be solved, and the normal SmartVault logs do not collect information related to the problem, use Speccy.
2. Download the application, and install
3. Open Speccy. Confirm any access control prompts and run as Administrator if possible. Wait until all fields no longer say "Anylizing..."
4. Click File > Save Snapshot
5. Attach the snapshot file to an email reply from your support case, or send to Support@SmartVault.com
