Activate Your SmartVault Account

Overview

SmartVault sends you an activation email when you create your account or when a SmartVault account owner invites you to join the account. Check your inbox for this email. The sender is notify@my.smartvault.com. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder as well.

Steps

  1. Open the email and click on the link to create your account.

  2. Enter your first and last name, your phone number, and create your own password.

  3. Your email address is used as your SmartVault user ID when you sign in to SmartVault.

Considerations

If you can't find the activation email, you can have it resent by following the instructions found here - Resending the Activation Email or by contacting the SmartVault account owner who invited you.
