Exit and Restart the SmartVault for Windows Desktop Client (WDC)

Steps

  1. Exit the SmartVault for Windows Desktop Client software by locating the arrow pointing upward on the bottom right of your screen close to the time and date (See screen shot below). Right-Click mouse.png  and choose Exit to completely close out of SmartVault. 


     
  2. To restart the SmartVault for Windows software, open the SmartVault Launchpad from the shortcut on your desktop or by searching for the program in Windows (Search for the following icon below on your desktop).



     
  3. For the Connected Desktop, search for the following icon below on your desktop.
