You may have received an 'Interrupted Action" error message when copying files to SmartVault from an external folder — your Desktop. the Windows File Explorer, or a third-party service (Dropbox) — via copy/paste or drag and drop:
This error message is a result of transferring files between two different file systems — the external folder and SmartVault. The properties that cannot be copied along with the file refers to information that the external folder produces, and this does not affect your file in any way after it is pasted/dropped into SmartVault.
If you should see this error message, select Do this for all current items (if applicable), click Yes, and your file will appear in SmartVault just as it normally would.
