When integrating with Lacerte or ProSeries after downloading the SmartVault desktop application you don't see the Access Confirmation dialog, you can take the steps in this article to resolve the issue.
To resolve the issue, follow the steps in this section.
- Click outside of the Lacerte or ProSeries window, sometimes the dialog is hidden behind another window.
- Restart Lacerte
- Check to see if "Allow SmartVault to Integrate with "your product" is checked.
- Open the SmartVault Launchpad.
- Click the SmartVault User Settings.
- Click the Extentsions tab.
- Place a check mark in the appropriate box
- Click Ok.
Once you get the Access Confirmation, click a tax return to print.
