Some users have experienced issues logging in to the SmartVault service. These issues may be:
- Cannot Access the SmartVault client portal. You may be getting unusual issues with the way your vault displays, or the information will not load (it shows a spinning icon indefinitely), or you are still receiving a message about maintenance.
- The SmartVault Mapped drive will no longer connect
- The SmartVault Launchpad will not open.
