The file and folders pane within the Portal is taking a long time to load following a SmartVault update.
Force your browser to refresh or clear your internet cache.
How you force a browser refresh or clear your cache depends on which operating system and web browser you use to access the SmartVault Portal:
Force Refresh: CTRL+Shift+R (Windows) or Command + Shift + R" (MacOS)
Force Refresh: Ctrl+F5
If the above solutions do not work, it is possible that the Admin of your SmartVault account has changed your access or plan type since you last logged in. Log out of SmartVault and try signing back in; if that fails to work, please contact your SmartVault Admin or SmartVault Customer Support.
