Error: The program can’t start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer.

Resolution

  • Reinstall the SmartVault Desktop software.
  • If you computer is running the Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit operating system and this error still displays after you reinstalled the SmartVault Desktop software, contact SmartVault Support.
