Switching to the Dashboard View in the SmartVault Client Portal

Overview

This page will show you how to change your default View Preferences from the Advanced View or Files and Folders View in the SmartVault Client Portal to the Dashboard View.

Steps

  1. Log in to your SmartVault account through the SmartVault Portal.  
  2. The masthead across the top of the Portal in the Advanced View and Files and Folders View will look similar to this:Client Portal - Advanced View - Masthead.png

    Click on My Info Client Portal - Advanced View - My Info link.png near the top right corner of the webpage

     
  3. Then click on View Preferences in the far right pane under User Settings.

  4. Under the View Type drop-down menu, select Dashboard.

  5. Click the Save Changes button and then click on Home Client Portal - Advanced View - Home link.png near the top right corner of the webpage.

 

Your default view in the SmartVault Client Portal will now be the Dashboard View and the masthead across the top of the Portal will look similar to this:
