Sending Files from Connected Desktop to Your Desktop

You can send a file to your computer's desktop from Connected Desktop. This process copies the file from SmartVault to your local computer and accomplishes the same action as using the Save button on the Document View toolbar and selecting your computer's desktop as the save location.   1. Locate the file you want to send to your desktop in the Connected Desktop.
  2. Right click on the file and hover over the Send to option to expand the menu.

  3. Click Desktop to send the file to your desktop. 

  4. The file appears in the next available space on your desktop.
