Client Dashboard: New Tile Filters and Settings


Overview


This page will explain how to change the settings and filters affecting how you view your Clients within the Dashboard.  

 

We will cover switching client views, downloading your client contacts, filtering your client list by client type and invitation status, and selecting what client information is displayed in the client list view.

Feature


There are two main views of your clients that you can toggle between: V-Card View and List View.

Client V-Card View (Legacy View)

  1. Filter by Client Type
    • Allows you to filter the clients displayed in your current view by type (i.e. All Clients, Individual, Partnership, etc.)
  2. Tile Filters Toggle
    • Hide or reveal the tile filters that display and filter your clients by invitation status (i.e. Not Invited yet, Missing email address, Activated, etc.)
  3. Tile Filters
    • These tiles will display the invitation status of your currently selected group of clients and allow you to further filter which clients are displayed by simply clicking on a tile
  4. Select All Clients
    • Allows you to select or deselect all clients displayed in the current view
  5. Select Client
    • Allows you to select or deselect each individual client displayed in the current view
  6. View & Edit Client Information
    • Opens a new ew and edit the client's contact information, send them an invitation to SmartVault, create new engagements, and send Organizer or Tax Return emails to that client
  7. Client List View Toggle
    • Switches your view to Client List View
Client List View 
  1. Filter by Client Type

  8. Download Client List
    • Allows you to download all the client info displayed on the current page in a non-proprietary file format (.csv) that you can then import into Outlook, open with Excel, or view in any other application that can read .csv files
  9. Configure List View Columns
    • Allows you to choose what client information is displayed in the List View (i.e. Client Type, Phone Number, Invitation Status, etc.)
