Manage Billing in Dashboard

Steps

  1. Choose your account name on the top right.

  2. Click billing located on the left.

  3. In the Current Plan and Usage section, review the amount of space used, number of licenses used, and number of licenses remaining.

  4. In the Update section you can change your plan and add additional User licenses and storage.

    • To see the cost of your changes, add or remove items. The totals will recalculate.

    • Click Save when you've finished making changes to your plan.

    • Additionally, in the Billing History section, you can view and print your invoices.

Considerations

You must be a SmartVault Administrator in order to view account usage information. If you do not see a Usage section in the right task pane when you click on your account, then your SmartVault user ID is not a member of the SmartVault Administrators group for the account.
