This article will explain how to send the organizer to your clients using the SmartVault Dashboard.
*Things to check before you proceed to the next steps. Check to see if you have uploaded the Client Copy and the Government Copy of the return.
- Click on Send To Clients
- Click on Send Organizer
- You should see the next window like the screen shot below. Check box the client(s) you want to send the Organizer to.
* Notice the column that says "Printed to SmartVault". Make sure it says Yes in order to send the Organizer.
- Click on the icon once you have select the client(s) you want to send the organizer to.
- It will ask you to confirm, click OK, and it will display that it has been submitted and you may click Close.
You may encounter this error below. To resolve this issue, make sure you have the Organizer already printed to SmartVault.
