Change Alert Frequency for Upload or Download Notifications

Overview

For vaults or folders that you choose to monitor with upload or download email notifications, you can select how frequently you receive email notifications.

Important note  
  • Every new licensee (regardless of type; i.e. - User, Client, or Guest) has their upload and download notification settings set to "Once a day (9:00 a.m.)" by default.
  • Each licensee controls how frequently they will receive upload or download notifications.

Portal View

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.
     
  2. Click on My Info on the top right of the page.

    If your view looks different than below, Click Here for the Dashboard View instructions.


     
  3. Select Notification Settings under User settings.


     
  4. Under Upload Email Notifications or Download Email Notifications select the time frame or frequency you want to receive notifications and click Save Changes to confirm your change. 

     


Dashboard View

If you are in Dashboard, you can still change your settings by following the steps below:
 

  1. Click the  icon in the top right. 
     
  2. Under User Settings, click on Notification Settings as shown in the screenshot below:


     
  3. Under Upload Email Notifications or Download Email Notifications select the time frame or frequency you want to receive notifications and click Save Changes to confirm your change.
