Change Your Default View in the SmartVault Portal

Although the Files and Folders view is the default view for guests and clients, and the Advanced view is the default view for SmartVault administrators and employees, you can also select the SmartVault Dashboard as your default view in the SmartVault Portal using View Preferences if your plan supports the Dashboard.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. Click My Info.

  3. Under User Settings, click View Preferences.

  4. In the View Type field, select the view you want to use from the drop-down list.



    For example, if you want to change your default view from the Advanced view to the Dashboard view, select Dashboard.
  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. To see your new view, click Home.
