Change Your Default View in the SmartVault Portal to the Dashboard



The Advanced view has been the default view for SmartVault administrators and employees, but we have started to transition all SmartVault Users and Admins (not Clients and Guests) to the feature-rich and faster loading Dashboard view when they log in to the SmartVault Portal.  

Existing SmartVault customers can take advantage of these new features immediately by changing their View Preferences in the SmartVault Portal to default to the Dashboard view by following these instructions:


  1. Sign in to the SmartVault Portal.
  2. Click My Info.

  3. Under User Settings, click View Preferences.

  4. In the View Type field, select Dashboard from the drop-down list.

  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. To see your new view, click Home.
