You can upload documents to the SmartVault Portal by browsing through your files on your computer or you can just drag and drop files from Windows File Explorer to the Upload window.
If your plan gives you access to the SmartVault Connected Desktop in order to store client information and documents, you can upload files using the Connected Desktop as well.

Select the folder to which you will upload the document.
Under Folder Tasks
, click Upload Files.
You can also right click on the folder and select Upload Files from the right click menu.
Drag and drop files to the upload window or click Browse to find the file to upload.
Once the progress bar completes, close the Upload
The largest document that can be uploaded using the SmartVault portal is 2GB.
You must use a supported browser to drag and drop files in the Upload window. See Supported Browsers.
