This topic and video explain how you can invite a user or an employee to your SmartVault (non-tax account). When sharing vaults and folders in your account, we recommend adding your users (employees) to groups to make it easy to manage them.
Please note* There are three levels that you will see that allow you to create the access of the vault manager. Choose which best fits your needs for the vault manager's access.
|Vault Manager||Users will have full access (Read, Write, Create, Delete) and can invite other clients or additional users to this vault that are not listed in the vault's access.|
|Vault Full Access||Users will not be able to invite additional users, however still has the full access to Read, Create, Write, and Delete.|
|Vault Read Only||User are only able to read and download from the vault as access. They will not be able to Upload, Overwrite, or Delete from the vault with this access.|
