The following improvements were made to the SmartVault Client Portal - Applicable to the Dashboard View Only

(please visit this article to learn how to set your "View Preference" to "Dashboard")

  • "Sign In" page now allows you to "SHOW" or "HIDE" your password as you type so you can ensure you are typing it in correctly
  • "Custom Branding" improvements include better fitting of your logo on the header, and smarter color contrasting 
  • Account and Maintenance Notifications will now show up as a bell with a red indicator in the header to show that you have a message available 
  • Searching now works for First and Last name in the "Clients" page in the Dashboard
  • Purchase Seasonal Worker Licenses through the account settings menu (see this article to learn how to purchase and activate Seasonal Worker Licenses)

The following updates were made to the SmartVault Windows Desktop Client - Applicable to Tax and Accounting Plans Only

  • Support for Lacerte 2018
  • Support for ProSeries 2018
