Send Your SmartVault Logs to Support

If you report a technical issue with SmartVault or it's integration, support may ask you to send in logs to better troubleshoot your case. 

How To:

SmartVault Desktop Client:


  1. Open the SmartVault Launchpad. 
  2. Locate the SmartVault icon in the system trayRight click and choose About.
  3. Wait for "Gathering Information..." to finish.  It will display your computer specifications.
  4. Click Send to Support.  It will create a set of log files to send to SmartVault's support team. 
  5. Under "Additional Information" type a short summary of your issue.  Ensure your email address is correct.  Click Send.
